Miss Carol  HOLMEY

UNESCO

Dear Miss Holmey,

According to my conversation of today with your secretary, I am sending you some information about my QUEST from August 25 2004 to contact Mr. Koichiro Matsuura Director General of UNESCO about an idea-that in my opinion- can help hundred of millions of children throughout the world to get a better Education and the knowledge of Languages for a COST of less than 1 EURO per year per student.

I adjunt with this letter: an Article about the project, the project with its cost analysis, my letter to Mr. Matsuura of May 26 2006, the answer of October 19 2006, signed by Mr. Qian Tang and a press article about the project published in a Monaco Magazine in December 2006.

I am at your disposition to send you more information about other letters, answers, Emails, telephone calls, etc. etc. But I do not think it is the main object of this letter.

The object is only to make the Director General aware of the ORDEAL that a person can endure just in trying to transmit him an idea-that in my opinion-could help UNESCO to fulfil its GOAL of ‘Better Education for all’, at a very low cost.

Sincerely,

Dámaso A. García Guzmán
