Dear Ms. JATTA,
According to our phone conversation, I am faxing you the letter I sent to
Mr. Wataru IWAMOTO on the 26-Mai-2006 with my letter to the Director
General Mr. Koichiro MATSUURA.
Disgracefully Mr. IWAMOTO was changed to other Department and did
not receive the letters.
I would appreciate so much if you help me to find: Where are the letters? and
if it was received for Mr. MATSUURA?.
It is important to find the letters, because I am convinced that my PROPOSITION to Mr. MATSUURA, can help to improve the education of hundred
of millions of children around the world with a very little cost.
